Cindy Hayes Bruton has been appointed the new Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer at Christian Care Center of McKenzie. Bruton comes to the 66-bed facility, which features both short-term rehab therapy services and long-term care.

She attended Middle Tennessee State University, and graduated from Austin Peay Sate University. As a nursing facility administrator, she has led healthcare centers Tennessee, Florida, and Kentucky. During her career she has been involved in numerous community activities and organizations.

Nursing facilities in Kentucky and Tennessee, that she has piloted, had also earned the nation’s prestigious Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval, which is awarded to only 6% of nursing facilities across the country signifying outstanding care and services for its residents.

Bruton plans to bring this same level of commitment to excellence and service to Christian Care Center of McKenzie. “I have a passion for the Lord and His call on my life to serve in long-term care,” she explains. “I use, as my driving force, the words ‘not your average nursing home’ looking for ways outside the box to improve the quality of life of our residents.
