Tennessee Forestry Association (TFA) will host two upcoming Tennessee Healthy Hardwoods events, one in Puryear and one in Tullahoma.

The events are free to private landowners, professional foresters, and those in the wood industry. The theme is “sustainable forestry versus diameter limit cutting.”

Each event is limited to 80 participants. Those interested in participating must pre-register by calling Tennessee Forestry Association at (800) 893-7403. During registration, participants must tell TFA which event they want to attend, the number in the participant’s party, and an address and phone number for contact information.

The Puryear event will be held April 21 at Middleton Sawmill, located at 5755 Highway 641 N. Participants must register by April 17.

The Tullahoma event will be held May 19 at 623 UT Farm Road. Participants must register for this event by May 15.
