Jerry Ray McCullough, senior financial officer of Farm Credit Mid-America, has announced his retirement.

His colleagues say they want to recognize Jerry Ray’s “unconditional dedication, grace, and congeniality” in his many years of service. Jerry Ray began his Farm Credit career in 1974 at the local Union City branch as a financial officer. He worked from 1986 to 1989 in the Dyersburg branch and eventually transitioned to the Dresden branch where he has served for the last 28 years.

Jerry Ray McCullough has announced his retirement from Farm Credit Mid-America.

He has serviced customers in Lake, Obion, Weakley, Henry and Carroll County for the entirety of his 43 year career. He will be deeply missed by co-workers and customers alike. His colleagues will host a celebration in his honor on September 15 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Farm Credit Mid-America in Dresden at 800 Morrow St.
