Even though Huntingdon’s Main Street Christmas parade and the live nativity scene on the courthouse lawn had to be cancelled Saturday due to inclement weather, some of the activities did go on.

The parade has been rescheduled for Saturday, Dec. 15 at 3 p.m.

Pop-up shops that opened Friday evening stayed open on Saturday from 2 until 6 p.m.

Pictures with Santa by A. Wilson photography were still on at The Dixie Saturday afternoon. Mrs. Claus was at the Colonial Tea Room and the Clark Street Soup Kitchen at the FirstBank Community Building was open.

From 2 until 4 p .m. there was a free showing at the Court Theatre of “It’s a Wonderful Life.”
